Estee Rothstein, BCBA, is the Director of Business Development (or, as she likes to be called, the Self-Designated Adult-In-Charge). Estee wears many hats in the company, bringing her energy, insight, humor and entrepreneurship skills together to keep Golden Care’s wheels well oiled.
Estee earned her Masters degree in Touro College and received her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She founded Golden Care Therapy when she saw the need for an ABA agency that can provide true individualized care. Estee loves seeing how GCT grew from a small side job to a company that has a great process in place and employees supporting her through it all.
As a real deal Soccer Mom, Estee spends her free time cheering at her sons’ baseball games and chaperoning school trips.
